Supper club

I designed posters, menus, and wine labels for a supper club - a three-course dinner celebrating sustainable British produce, hosted at Next Door Records. The event was cooked and curated by Jake Williams and Archie Curran, both chefs at the iconic River Café in London.

For the visuals, I experimented with gyotaku, a traditional Japanese printmaking technique that involves pressing inked fish onto paper—a method originally used by fishermen in the 1800s to document their catches. I created my own gyotaku prints using a real fish, which became the foundation for the design. All printed materials were produced on no-waste, recycled seaweed paper to stay in line with the sustainable theme. I also documented the event through photography.
